RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days after receiving your 
order to request a return or refund.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unopened and sealed
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase required

Opened or used supplement products cannot 
be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

with your order number and reason.

We review each case individually. In many 
cases, we offer a full refund or replacement 
without requiring you to return the product 
— saving you time and shipping costs.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged, defective or 
wrong item, contact us immediately at 
info@riseandbeyondlabs.com

We will replace or fully refund your order 
at no additional cost to you.

RETURN SHIPPING
If a physical return is required, return 
shipping costs are the responsibility 
of the customer unless the item was 
damaged or incorrect.

REFUNDS
Once your return is approved, your refund 
will be processed within 10 business days 
to your original payment method.

- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale

EXCHANGES
For exchanges, contact us directly. 
The fastest way is to request a refund 
and place a new order.

EUROPEAN UNION — 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European 
Union, you have the right to cancel or 
return within 14 days for any reason.
Item must be unopened and in original 
packaging with proof of purchase.
